I cover an area from Alicante to Valencia with my main business area being from Benidorm to Gandia.
The services that I offer are:
24 hour 7 days a week emergency service – I am always contactable and am able to provide cover should I not be available. This service is particularly useful for Property Management Companies and Villa Rental Companies who can often have problems with clients and keys, especially at the weekend!
Routine lock assembly and cylinder replacement – I can replace/repair any worn or damaged locks or attend any problems you may have with your doors.
Additional Security Locks – I carry a good range of additional window and door locks that can improve the security of property; many of these products are not widely available in Spain.
Master Key Systems – I can provide master key systems that can in most cases replace your current cylinders with ones that operate from a master key, we can also restrict entry with other keys e.g. the pool cleaner would only have access to certain doors determined by the owner. This is particularly useful for people with multiple properties, apartment blocks or those of you who just want to stop carrying a big bunch of keys around.
Safe Installations – I can supply (and fit if required) safes from the Spanish ARFE range. These carry a 2-year guarantee against defects.
Key Safes – I can supply a small key safe that can be used by owners/rental companies for leaving keys for properties that need to be collected by clients or others out of hours.
Security Grilles & Rejas – I work with a local reputable supplier for all your metal work requirements.
Persiana Repairs and Locks – I provide a replacement, repair and can fit locks to your persianas.
Alarms – I can arrange for an alarm survey to be completed by a local reputable company.
Home Security Surveys – I can complete a home security survey for clients (this is free within my normal working area) There is no obligation to purchase and the client is left with a written assessment of their property, a list of priorities and a quotation should they need one.
Talks to Groups – I can give talks to any English Speaking groups. These usually last around 30 – 45 minutes and are aimed at giving interesting and practical information on how to be more secure in and away from the home. I am confident in speaking to both large and small groups and have spoken to groups from Urbanisation Committees to the U3A in both Denia and Javea. If you need to speak to any organisers of these talks I can supply details.
