About Us

An Shebeen, like most great taverns, is a retreat from the real world. It invites you to relax and enjoy good conversation, outstanding food and drink, a great ambience and, not least, warm hospitality. The Irish have a word for all this - "craic". Come share it with us! Oh, did we mention our cold draft Guiness and our wide range of draft beers?

Whether its a cosy, romantic, woodclad place to wine, dine and chat, a wild rock band to dance the night away to, a theme night to escape amidst, or just a really good pint of Guinness. What ever you are looking for The An Shebeen Irish Tavern has an evening coming up to accommodate just about every taste.

Rapidly becoming one of Javeas most prestigious music scene venues, with live bands every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, it also hosts celebration theme nights once a month with costumed staff, discos and bands. Chefs regularly prepare inspiring, freshly home cooked special menus, so you can book for dinner too.

With our new menu starting in June, overflowing with delicious, international cuisine and top quality succulent steaks, at very reasonable prices, there's a very good start to your summer social itinerary awaiting you at An Shebeen.

We are open seven days a week from breakfast time until late, with a great menu of home cooked food and of course a wide range of refreshments. Whether it's a light snack or a hearty three course dinner, you're sure to find something to suit you on our extensive menu.

Live Music

We are famous for our live bands, every Thursday and Saturday we have the best live music the Costa Blanca has to offer, so if you want to see some terrific live music come along and get ready to party!
